Chiefs of Staff · Cohort program

Trust isn’t given. It’s built — and it travels with you.

The Chief of Staff role collapses into administration the moment trust is absent. Building Trust treats trust as something you construct, not something you’re granted — developing five conditions of trust as practitioner capacities that belong to you, so you can build them anywhere, across roles, organizations, and CEOs.

The premise

Trust can be taught.

Not as techniques for managing perception, but as a set of honest behaviors that, practiced consistently, create the conditions for trust to exist and hold. The program builds the practitioner, not the relationship — a Chief of Staff who completes it doesn’t just learn to manage their current CEO; they learn to build trust anywhere.

The architecture

A foundation and five pillars.

Foundation

Self-Awareness

The honest excavation that makes every other trust behavior possible.

Pillar

Integrity

Who you are when no one is watching — standards turned inward.

Pillar

Balance

Operating from the right outcome, not the most powerful person in the room.

Pillar

Protection

What you absorb, convert, and shield the people around you from.

Pillar

Judgment

Demonstrating the quality of your thinking through action, not assertion.

Pillar

Representation

Faithful transmission in both directions — up and down.

Format

A working cohort.

7 Sessions
